About ZAHA!

Zaha means bright, radiant, vibrant in Arabic. Founded by Jen Lum in 2026, Zaha brings the unique flavors of the Levant spice cabinet to the gathering board.

Zaha came out of a love of the aromatic flavors of the Levant. Seeds and olive oil, big flavor, no filler. Small batches, real spices, made to be shared. Made in a home kitchen in San Francisco, California.  (Class A Cottage Kitchen licensed)
